XA LLC (“XA LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Hunter App mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information from users of the App, which is available exclusively to authorized restaurant partners within the XA LLC network. By accessing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When your partner account is created, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization name, and role within your organization. This information is necessary to verify your authorization as a restaurant partner.
- Reservation Data: When you submit a reservation request through the App, we collect the details you provide, including requested date and time, party size, restaurant preference, and any special accommodation notes.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you use the App, including your device type, operating system version, app version, and general usage patterns such as feature interactions and session duration. This helps us improve the App experience.
- Device Information: We may collect device identifiers, IP address, and device model information to provide technical support and ensure the security of your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and reservation services
- Process and manage your reservation requests
- Verify your identity and authorization as a restaurant partner
- Send reservation confirmations, updates, and service-related communications
- Improve and optimize the App's functionality and user experience

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

- Restaurant Partners: Reservation request details are shared with the relevant restaurant partner(s) in order to fulfill your reservation. This includes the date, time, party size, and any special notes you provide.
- Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your partner account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Reservation history is retained for up to 24 months after the reservation date. 5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication mechanisms, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We require username and password authentication to access the App and take appropriate steps to secure all data within.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
